Welcome to part 4 of our Inner Abundant series. Along this journey of reflection and inquiry we have explored slowing down, becoming more present and getting curious about the stories that we carry.
Now let’s take the next step:
What are you read to release?
Sometimes we hold on to things simply because they have been a part of our journey for a long time.
Old expectations.
Old beliefs.
Old ways of seeing ourselves.
Things we once needed, might not be needed anymore.
Releasing doesn’t mean ignoring or pretending that something didn’t happen or didn’t have an affect on us.
It means recognizing that we don’t have to carry it all with us and not everything has to move forward with us.
Maybe there is a belief about yourself or about the way you live that no longer feels true.
Maybe there is an expectation that you are ready to let go of.
Maybe there’s an ideal that you have been living up to that no longer fits with your direction.
We are meant to change. We are meant to grow. And with that our journey expands.
The practice once again is to simply notice.
To inquire:
What am I still carrying that I’m ready to put down?
What will become possible if I created a little more room in my schedule and my awareness?
Sometimes connecting to our Inner Abundance isn’t about adding something new. Sometimes it’s about creating space to actually notice what’s ready to be released.
What are you ready to release?
If this is speaking to you…
Harvesting Inner Abundance retreat is meant to be a space to step away form the noice.
To slow down.
To listen.
To let some things go.
To reconnect with the parts of yourself that can get buried underneath all the doing.
And I would love for you to join!
