Embracing Wholeness: A Journey Inward.

It takes consistent and conscious effort to stay in touch with the essence of who we are. We can often find ourselves disconnected from our bodies, minds, and souls, moving through days filled with tasks and responsibilities, yet yearning for a deeper connection. My journey with Yoga and Reiki has been deeply rooted in the belief that true healing and fulfillment come from aligning these aspects of our being. This is the heart of my practice, and today, I want to share some insights and wisdom that guide my approach.

The Power of Movement

Movement is not just a physical activity; it’s a way to reconnect with the body and listen to its wisdom. Through yoga, we can explore the dynamic relationship between strength and flexibility, stillness and motion. Each pose becomes a dialogue with the body, revealing where we hold tension, where we need to cultivate more space, and how we can move with greater ease and grace. When I teach, I emphasize mindful movement, encouraging participants to pay attention to their breath, sensations, and emotions as they flow through mindful movement. This awareness transforms movement into a practice of fostering a deeper connection to the self.

The Breath as a Bridge

Breathwork is a powerful tool that bridges the gap between the mind and body. Our breath reflects our state of being, and by consciously working with our breathing patterns, we can influence our mental and emotional states. Bringing the power back to us! There are many breathing techniques like deep yogic breathing, alternate nostril breathing, and others that help calm the nervous system, release stress, and bring clarity to the mind. Incorporating these practices into daily life allows us to cultivate a sense of inner peace and resilience, and serve as a reminder of the power we hold.

The Stillness of Meditation

Meditation is a gateway to the soul, a space where we can quiet the mind and connect with our inner wisdom and the source. Taking time to sit in stillness might seem like another thing to find time for, but it’s a necessity for our well-being. Meditation helps us to practice observing our thoughts without attachment, allowing us to gain insight into our patterns and behaviors. It also opens the door to deeper intuition and creativity, guiding us toward our true purpose. In my teachings, I integrate various meditation techniques, from guided visualizations to Yoga Nidra and Reiki meditation, helping individuals connect deeply to self and cultivate their own meditation practice.

The Expansive Conciousness of Reiki

Reiki, the universal life force energy, is a gentle yet profound modality that works on physical, emotional, and spiritual levels. As a Reiki Master, I fascilitate a space and invite Reiki in to help balance and deepen the connection to the body’s energy centers, our chakras. Reiki sessions promote stress reduction and overall well-being but they also really great to expand your spiritual connection. It’s a beautiful complement to other practices like yoga and meditation, providing a holistic approach to well-being. My Reiki sessions offer a safe and nurturing space for individuals to release energetic blockages and restore their natural flow of vitality.

The Wisdom of the Akashic Records

The Akashic Records are often referred to as the “Book of Life,” a vast energetic database containing the soul’s journey across lifetimes. Accessing the Akashic Records can provide profound insights, guidance, and healing. During my sessions, I tap into this source of wisdom to help individuals gain clarity on their life path, uncover past-life influences, and receive spiritual guidance. This practice allows for deep self-awareness and transformation, helping individuals align with their highest potential and soul purpose.

Integrating Ayurvedic Wisdom

Ayurveda, the ancient science of life, offers profound insights into maintaining balance and harmony. By understanding our unique constitution (dosha) and the qualities of different seasons, foods, and activities, we can make choices that support our well-being. I share Ayurvedic principles in my classes for different seasons as a holistic approach to empowering individuals to take charge of their health and embrace a life of vitality and balance.

Illuminated Women: A Sacred Circle

One of the most fulfilling aspects of my work is creating spaces for women to connect with themselves and each other. Illuminated Women is a sacred circle where women come together to explore their inner landscapes, share their journeys, and support one another in their growth. Monthly gatherings foster a sense of community, encouraging open sharing and mutual support. This circle is a reminder that we are not alone on our paths; we are part of a larger tapestry of wisdom and love.

My journey is always evolving, guided by a deep commitment to helping others find balance, connection, and wholeness. Through movement, breathwork, meditation, Reiki, and insights from the Akashic Records, we can navigate the complexities of life with greater ease and grace. Whether you’re seeking to heal, grow, or simply reconnect with yourself, I invite you to explore these practices and join the community. Together, we can illuminate the path to a more vibrant and fulfilling life.

Everything you need is already inside of you.

n the hustle and bustle of our daily lives, it’s easy to forget a profound truth: everything you need is already inside of you. We often seek answers and validation from sources outside of ourselves, believing that they hold the key to our happiness and fulfillment. Yet, the truth is that our greatest wisdom, strength, and guidance come from within. Sometimes, we get disconnected from this truth and need gentle reminders and practices to bring us back to our innate wisdom.

Reconnecting with Your Inner

Wisdom Throughout our lives, various experiences can cause us to lose touch with our inner selves. We may face challenges, traumas, or societal pressures that make us doubt our own capabilities and worth. However, it’s important to recognize that we always have the ability to reconnect with our inner truth. Even if life events have made us forget this wisdom, we can consciously decide to return to it and embody it in our daily lives.

The Journey Inward

The journey inward is a deeply personal and unique experience. No external source can provide the answers that are perfectly tailored to our individual needs and experiences. By looking within and connecting to the universe from our most authentic selves, we receive guidance and direction that is custom-made for us. This personalized insight helps us navigate life’s challenges and align with our true purpose.

Practices to Reconnect with Your Inner Self

Here are some practices that can help you reconnect with your inner wisdom and embody the truth that everything you need is already inside of you:

1. **Breathwork**

One of the simplest yet most powerful practices is mindful breathing. Find a quiet space, sit down, and focus on your breath. Inhale deeply and exhale slowly. As you settle into a balanced state, repeat to yourself, “Everything I need is already inside of me.” Notice how this affirmation feels and observe any ideas or feelings that arise. This practice can ground you in the present moment and help you tune into your inner guidance.

2. **Meditation**

Meditation is a wonderful way to quiet the mind and connect with your inner self. Whether it’s a guided meditation, silent meditation, or a visualization, find a practice that resonates with you. Regular meditation helps you become more aware of your thoughts and emotions, allowing you to tap into your inner wisdom more easily.

3. **Journaling**

Writing can be a therapeutic way to explore your inner world. Set aside time to journal about your thoughts, feelings, and experiences. Ask yourself questions like, “What do I need to know right now?” or “What is my inner self trying to tell me?” Allow the answers to flow freely without judgment. Over time, you’ll notice patterns and insights that guide you on your journey.

4. **Movement**

Engaging in mindful movement, such as yoga or dance, can help you connect with your body and inner self. Movement allows you to release stored emotions and energy, creating space for new insights and clarity. Pay attention to how your body feels and any messages it may be sending you.

5. **Nature Connection**

Spending time in nature can be incredibly grounding and healing. Whether it’s a walk in the park, a hike in the mountains, or simply sitting by a tree, nature has a way of reminding us of our connection to the greater whole. Use this time to reflect and listen to your inner voice.

Embracing Your Inner Wisdom

Remember, everything you need is already inside of you. By practicing these techniques and regularly tuning into your inner self, you can cultivate a deep sense of trust and confidence in your own wisdom. Embrace this truth and allow it to guide you on your unique path. The answers you seek are within you, waiting to be discovered and embraced.

Sometimes We Need a Guide

While it’s true that we have the answers within us, there are times when we need someone to guide us back to this truth. Finding an aligned person who sees your power and your most authentic self can be incredibly helpful. They can help you reconnect with your inner wisdom and guide you back to your true path.

Are you living through your mind or through your heart?

Each moment and in each situation we are making a choice to live through our mind or through our heart. At times the choice is conscious and at times we do it on autopilot based on the programing and patterns that we grew accustom to. But with awareness comes change. If we are aware that we get to decide whether to make a decision through our mind or through our heart, we are able to be more intentional in our lives.

If everything comes from within, then we are able to choose how we want to feel. Applying our mind to situations will give us the feelings of right or wrong but nothing in between. At times those are necessary to make decisions but they are not universal. If we look at a situation from the heart there is no right or wrong. The heart is full of creativity. We might mix wrong colors and get a brown but it’s still a color and we can use it to paint. Looking at things from the heart will break the “perfectionism” mindset and help see myriad of other possibilities in a situation where the mind only sees black or white. So the invitation is to see if thoughts or situations that give you pain or agony are being viewed through the strict lens of the mind. When we change our lens to look from the loving and compassionate side of the heart, we accept imperfection because it’s not wrong, it’s just different.

The Vibration of TRUST

I have been growing my Trust and have recently came across an article written by Brian Withers called “Trust, the cornerstone of high vibration”. The article had so many nuggets and I wrote out those that stood out to me. I would like to share them with you.

In the article, Mr. Withers, state “When you choose positive feeling thoughts, you are saying “Source, I trust you”. That idea has really made me examine the power of my trust. I often affirm myself with saying “Everything works out for the best” but if I closely examine it I notice myself applying it in some situations but not the others. That made me realize that my trust in the source can use some strengthening.

Mr. Withers also provides a beautiful affirmation to help grow the trust energy. “I don’t know how this all going to work out, it’s not my job, but I trust you do & will see to it. I am going to keep the resistance (doubt/worry)out of the way so YOU & Law of Attraction can do your thing”

The author also suggests, when feeling low vibe to affirm with “Source, I trust you” and to receive all we need to do is be nice to ourselves & others.

Some other affirmations I have taken note of from the article are:

  • I am going to be nice to myself
  • Trust in your vibration & letting go of managing details
  • Forget details & trust desire itself
  • Mysterious ways in which things manifest
  • I am non-physical Consciousness creating physical reality
  • Allow yourself to be surprised
  • Cultivate an openness. Trust in the vibration, trust in the desire, trust in your Higher Self & let go how things should come to you
  • I choose to practice faith in this linear reality
  • State of joyful, blissful, co-creative imagination
  • Trust vibration is the vibration of the desire itself
  • Be the imaginator, the imagineer, creator of your reality

These are just some of the nuggets I picked up and if something “spoke” to you, I invite you to read the article and take what you need from it!

Supporting Natural Female Cycle

Natural Female Cycle can be used as a tool and guide to optimize overall physical and emotional well-being. It starts with getting to know your own, unique cycle. Just like there are seasons in nature, each month woman’s body goes through 4 seasons of female cycle – winter, spring, summer and fall. Understanding each of those seasons as well as what’s beneficial to support during each time, helps create vibrant wellness without discomforts overtaking. Below are some ways to support he body naturally and the days are approximate and can be a few more or less for each one’s unique cycle. All of the oils and supplements mentioned below can be purchased HERE.

WINTER

On the day the women’s menstrual cycle starts, marks the winter of the cycle. Days 1-5 of cycle are considered the winter and as with winter in the nature, everything slows down and it’s beneficial to find time to rest during this week. Hormones and energy are low and it can be emotionally sensitive time. This is the time to listen to your INTUITION as well as do some VISIONARY and ANALYTICAL thinking to ALIGN with your VISION.

Since it’s an estrogen phase of the cycle oils that are beneficial to use during this time are CLARY SAGE and blends that contain it such as – SCLARESSENCE, LADY SCLAREOL and DRAGON TIME. Applying these oils around the ankles (vitaflex point for reproductive system) once or twice a day, naturally supports women during this time of the month. Oils that support thyroid will also be beneficial to use during this time. Oils such as MYRTLE, MYRRH, LEMONGRASS or ENDOFLEX applied over our throat support natural energy levels throughout the day.

SPRING

During days 6-14 we enter the spring time of the cycle. During this time estrogen starts to rise and we find ourselves feeling more energetic and productive. This is a great time to start on NEW PROJECTS, PLANNING, STRATEGIZING and BRAINSTORMING. Continuing with CLARY SAGE blends is beneficial during this time as well as adding MINERAL ESSENCE, SUPER B and OMEGAGIZE supplements to support adrenals which are active at this time. Around day 14 thyroid releases a surge of luteinizing hormone. Taking THYROMIN can support thyroid during this time.

SUMMER

Around days 15-17 is the Summer of the cycle. This is the time when COMMUNICATION will be at its peak. Great time for NEGOTIATIONS, MEETINGS and PITCHES. At the start of this phase the ovaries begin to release small amounts of progesterone, which increases daily to a maximum at about day 22. This is a great time to support the cycle with PROGESSENCE PLUS by applying on the forearms from days 15-22 as well as continuing with MINERAL ESSENCE, SUPER B and OMEGAGIZE to support adrenals.

Summer is the fun time of the cycle. You ovulate and feel more energetic and outward focused to nurture relationships.

FALL

Days 18-28 are the FALL of the cycle. This is a time when MENTAL CREATIVITY peaks and a great opportunity for PROJECT COMPLETION, ADMINISTRATIVE TASKS and FOLLOW UP MEETINGS. This is a great time for self-reflection and focusing on self-care. Continue supporting the body with PROGESENCE PLUS through day 21 and starting with day 22 begin to slowly decrease PRO PLUS.

My personal cycle support routine goes like this:

Winter – DRAGON TIME around ankles twice a day and ENDOFLEX on my throat throughout the day. Focusing on rest, my vision, listening to my intuition and making plans for next phase.

Spring – Adding in MINERAL ESSENCE, SUPER B and OMEGAGIZE to support my adrenals while continuing with DRAGON TIME. Working on the plan for the rest of the month, strategy for marketing, and creating workshops.

Summer – Switching from DRAGON TIME to PROGESSENCE PLUS on my forearms every morning while continuing with MINERAL ESSENCE, SUPER Bs and OMEGAGIZE. Scheduling the workshops that I worked on during this time.

Fall – Starting to decrease PROGESSENCE PLUS around day 22 through day 28. Focusing on follow up and relationships cultivated during the month.

Here are two videos I recorded sharing this information on my YouTube channel – WINTER and SPRING
