My teaching is rooted in the belief that yoga is a practice of self-connection, balance, and deep listening. Each session weaves together mindful movement, breathwork and meditation, creating space for you to tune into your body and energy with awareness and ease. Inspired by the rhythms of nature and the wisdom of Ayurveda, my classes honor both strength and softness, encouraging you to move in harmony with your own inner cycles. Expect a grounding, intentional practice that supports you physically, mentally, and energetically, leaving you feeling more centered, present and connected.

My approach to teaching yoga is rooted in the knowledge I’ve received and continue to develop, adapting it to meet your unique needs. I incorporate eight limbs of yoga in my teaching, offering a well-rounded practice that touches on the physical, mental and spiritual aspects of the discipline.

I also use intuitive guidance to direct us into the poses and practices most needed in the moment.
