What is Reiki?

Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing. It is administered by “laying on hands” and is based on the idea that an unseen “life force energy” flows through us and is what causes us to be alive. If one’s “life force energy” is low, then we are more likely to get sick or feel stress, and if it is high, we are more capable of being happy and healthy.

A treatment feels like a wonderful glowing radiance that flows through and around you. Reiki treats the whole person including body, emotions, mind, and spirit creating many beneficial effects that include relaxation and feelings of peace, security, and wellbeing. Many have reported miraculous results.

Reiki is a simple, natural, and safe method of spiritual healing and self-improvement that everyone can use. It has been effective in helping virtually every known illness and malady and always creates a beneficial effect. It also works in conjunction with all other medical or therapeutic techniques to relieve side effects and promote recovery.

In-Person Reiki Sessions (Springhouse, PA)

I am so excited to offer in person Reiki sessions. These sessions are held in a beautiful, relaxing space in Springhouse, PA. These sessions help you relax and allow your body to release stress by using a technique passed on through ages. During our session you will be comfortably laying on the table fully clothed, so wear comfortable clothing. You are welcome to share anything that is of concern to you or something that is on your mind or you can just relax on the table. Reiki can be done with hands on or hands off approach and you can let me know if you have a preference, otherwise I will use a combination of both to help facilitate deep state of relaxation to allow your body, mind and soul to recalibrate and rejuvenate.

In-Person Reiki Sessions Rate

1-hour Session (TUESDAYS 9AM-1:30PM) – $90 ($75 with 17% introductory rate all February 2023)

WEEKNIGHT & WEEKEND 1-hour Sessions – $90

REMOTE Reiki Sessions (Virtual)

Remote Reiki is just as powerful as an in-person session but offers the flexibility to not only share healing with others across space but also provide healing and empowerment through time.  Remote Reiki healing sessions can be done via telephone or video.

For the session, you’ll want to be in a comfortable position either laying down or seated as long as you are comfortable. We begin with a brief conversation over video call or over the phone to discuss particular issues and areas of focus.

As you are resting I will play relaxing music and send remote Reiki and do a scan to focus on areas that can use some Reiki energy. We can stay quiet during the session and reconnect afterward to discuss anything that may have come up.
