I saw Katie on a whim on my birthday, and am very lucky I did. Katie has a beautiful energy, and I found her session and its effects profound. I’d never before felt such deep relaxation while awake. Since then, I have found it easier to ground myself in reality and in moments when I feel anxiety creep in – to feel my feet on the ground. I have also had tremendous tension in my shoulders for most of my life, and have felt freedom in that area since our session. Much more freedom than from, say, massages I’ve gotten in the past.
