Weekly Virtual Meditation Drop-Ins are an opportunity to quiet the mind and connect mind, body and soul. Through the use of your breath, Katie will guide you to release tension in various parts of your body and to cultivate inner peace. You will feel rejuvenated and relaxed after the session.

Weekly Virtual Yoga Flows will focus on releasing emotions that have accumulated throughout the week. They will include gentle body movement focused on various body areas where the emotions tend to be stored – hips, heart, shoulders. All levels are welcome. If you have emotions, you breathe and you can get up and down on your mat – this flow is for you.

SHAKE THOSE HIPS
This 30-minute fun workshop is a perfect way to bring movement to our hips and release physical and emotional tension. Get ready to have fun and learn some moves to shake those hips. This is a pre-recorded workshop and can be accessed anytime after May 1, 2021.
