ALL WORKSHOPS ARE DESIGNED TO FOCUS ON SPECIFIC AREAS OF SUPPORT FOR MIND, BODY AND SPIRIT

YOGA FOR WOMEN’S HEALTH

This 4-part workshop is designed to focus on supporting women’s health through various stages of female cycle. Each of four sessions is one hour long and includes informational session as well as a yoga flow.

EMOTIONAL WELL-BEING WORKSHOP

In this 7-part workshop we will dive into various emotions and explore their connection with chakras. Understanding our patterns through the lens of the chakra system provides insights on accesses and deficiencies in our patterns and provides a framework on how to bring them into balance with awareness, affirmations, mindfulness. Incorporating essential oils into this practice help shift our emotions and find balance.
